CLOSED Winner: Comment #43, Stephanie M.
Giveaway #3 is a Swaddlebees One Size Simplex AIO in the winners choice of Elephants or Monsters print! These are the newest print additions to the Swaddlebees product line. What separates this AIO from the others on the market is pocket openings on both ends that allows you to increase the diaper's absorbency by adding extra inserts, then allowing the doubler or insert to agitate itself out in the wash. Hooray!!! Mama doesn’t have to touch wet, soiled inserts! To enter, leave a comment below telling us which cloth diaper started you on your cloth diapering journey. Good Luck and thanks for celebrating our 5th Birthday with us! --Gina
Giveaway Terms: One comment per person. Giveaway starts at midnight, October 24th and runs until 1159 pm CST. Winner will be chosen via Random.org and announced on the blog. Winner has 48 hours to claim their prize before another winner is chosen.

ReplyDeleteThese are so cute! - Anna CohenMiller
ReplyDeletePrefolds with bummis covers and these wonderful Swaddlebees simplex!!! They are quickly becoming our favorite because they are so easy, cute, & they have cotton inner lining with the option of a stay dry liner :)

ReplyDeleteBaby hasn't arrived yet. But I started off being interested in CD when I saw all the cute designs. Leaning towards prefolds to start off with, then see where it goes.
ReplyDeleteThe first diapers I purchased were Charlie Banana (pocket OS) because they were at a fantastic price on Target's Daily Deal. (don't hate me, ha! we all have a gateway drug, right??) I have since added a few BG Freetimes. I like the fit of the pocket diaper but also like not having to touch anything on the BG. I love cloth diapering so far!!
ReplyDeleteWe started with fuzzibunz and gdiapers, really both at the same time!

I started with a set of green mountain diaper newborn prefolds and some covers. My hubby had his doubts about prefolds so, we got a few fuzzibunz for convenience. It's been such a great experience so far!
ReplyDeleteSadly, my first CD's were gDiapers. Was so excited to try them out that I bought several dipes in each size, extra gCloths, liners, etc. However, due to the fact that they were always leaking and I could never get a good fit on my son I had to end up selling them. :( Bad experience w/gDiapers, but was still determined to make CDing work for us. Been happily CDing with other brands for the past year now. :)
ReplyDeleteThe first diaper I ever put a baby in was a Kissaluvs size 0 fitted (since outgrown). The first diapers I ever bought were prefolds (we still mostly use prefolds but in a different size now).

Prefolds and covers started us, because they were the least expensive. I am proud to say that I can go 2.5 days without washing before I even have to break into those! We have built our stash of pockets, AIO, and AI2s.
